We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help minimize our environmental footprint.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original reusable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
